Read Action Icon Not Opening Chat on Swipe Gesture in Chat Screen

Description

On the chat screen, when a chat item is swiped to the left, a “Read” icon and label appear. However, tapping on the Read icon does not open the chat as expected and instead collapses the swipe action, returning the item to its original position.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Navigate to the Chat screen from menu bar
  • Swipe any chat item to the left
  • Tap on the “Read” icon

Actual Result

  • Swipe action closes
  • Chat is not opened
  • No action is performed

Expected Result

  • Tapping the Read icon should:
  • Open the selected chat
