When user send the multi outputs tool to the visualization so need to handled them correctly right now these are not working as expected

Description

When the user have the tools with multi outputs node on canvas and then if he send the multi output node tool send to visualization so in the visualization we are just getting tool name and its data so this is create issue like the data is coming from first output node (True) or from second output node (False).
