Line Chart Formatting Issues in Arabic and English Interfaces
Description
General Issue with the Chart:
1- When inserting the chart and enlarging it significantly, the values on the X-axis do not appear completely. Even after reducing the chart size, the values are still not displayed correctly.
Visual Section:
1- In the Lines, the Color property does not work when attempting to change the line color.
General Section:
1- In Effects, when adjusting the Background Transparency, the transparency does not behave as expected. Instead of applying transparency, the background becomes darker.

General Issue with the Chart:
1- When inserting the chart and enlarging it significantly, the values on the X-axis do not appear completely. Even after reducing the chart size, the values are still not displayed correctly.
Visual Section:
1- In the Lines, the Color property does not work when attempting to change the line color.
General Section:
1- In Effects, when adjusting the Background Transparency, the transparency does not behave as expected. Instead of applying transparency, the background becomes darker.
These are now working fine and now chart will show the axis values as per the available space and now user will able to change the single line color as well.
