Description

Visual Section:
1. In Grid Lines, when setting the transparency to 95 and changing the color to red, the setting does not apply as expected.
2. In Bars, the Border property does not function when enabled or when its settings are modified.

General Section:
1. In Effects → Background, when adjusting transparency, the result appears as background darkening instead of applying actual transparency as expected.
