In the Card Chart there is an Callout Value in formatting section need to fix that issue there is validation on the Decimal Places Field for user just able to put the 0-4 value.

Resolved - In the Card Chart there is an Callout Value in formatting section need to fix that issue there is validation on the Decimal Places Field for user just able to put the 0-4 value. Now user will able to add values between 0-10.
