Same issue with the Wallpaper issue as well like i deslect it bur even after that still able to change the wallpaper color and the toggle of the wallpaper automatically on once i change the bg color.

Fixed that issue Even when we are deactivate the toggle button of canvas Wallpaper so still able to change the background color fix that issue once the user deactivate the radio button so the under the canvas background there is nothing to usable. Now it is using as expected as you can see the picture so when user deactivate the toggle button so not able to use styling option and opacity goes to 50 for better user experiance.
