Fixed that issue Even when we are deactivate the toggle button of canvas background so still able to change the background color fix that issue once the user deactivate the radio button so the under the canvas background there is nothing to usable. Now it is using as expected as you can see the picture so when user deactivate the toggle button so not able to use styling option and opacity goes to 50 for better user experiance.
