Resolved - If user move the y-axis labels and title using switch axis option so the space still showing on the default place of axis.

Now we are handling via dynamic calculation according to the available space of the chart.
Also fix the issue of horizontal bar chart is not working with "switch axis position" option so now it should be working as expected.
