On the Create Account screen, when opening the phone number dropdown:

• The screen suddenly shifts upward, creating a poor user experience
• The dropdown list opens at a random/middle position, showing any country instead of starting from a logical position (e.g., selected/default country or top of list)

Steps to Reproduce
Open Create Account screen
Tap on phone number dropdown
Observe screen movement and dropdown list position

Actual Result

• Screen abruptly moves upward
• Dropdown opens at a random/middle country
• Poor UX and confusing for user

Expected Result

• Screen should open smoothly without sudden jump
• Dropdown should open at:
• Selected/default country, OR
• Top of the list
• User should clearly see starting point of list
