Screen scrolls beyond content limit on External Account screens

Description

On all External Account screens, when the user enters text in any input field and manually scrolls upward, the screen allows over-scrolling beyond the content limit. This results in an unnatural UI experience.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Open any External Account screen
  • Enter text in any input field
  • Manually scroll the screen upward

Actual Result

  • Screen scrolls beyond its content limit
  • User can scroll even when no more content is available

Expected Result

  • Scrolling should be restricted to content boundaries only
  • Screen should not scroll beyond the last element
