Invalid phone number error shown after OTP verification despite valid input

Description

On the Create Account flow, when a user enters valid details (name, phone number, email) and proceeds to the OTP screen, after entering OTP and tapping Continue, an “Invalid phone number” error appears incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Open Create Account screen
    • Enter valid:
    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Email
  • Tap Continue → Navigate to OTP screen
  • Enter valid OTP
  • Tap Continue

Expected Result

  • OTP verification should complete successfully
  • User should be navigated to the next screen
