BMP App Beta Version

The new message indicator (down arrow) is currently displayed above the typing bar, which overlaps with UI elements and reduces usability. Additionally, when new messages arrive while the user is already inside the chat, there is no clear indication or count of unread messages.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open a chat
• Stay on older messages (scroll up)
• Receive new messages in the same chat
• Observe the new message indicator (arrow)

Actual Result

• Arrow appears above typing bar (overlapping UI)
• Poor visibility / confusing placement
• No unread message count shown
• User may not realize new messages arrived

Expected Result

• Arrow should be positioned on the right side (floating) for better visibility
• Should not overlap typing bar
• Display unread message count (e.g., “3 new messages”)
• Tapping arrow should scroll to latest message
