Missed call count not displayed on calls icon

Description

When there are missed calls, the count popup/badge is not shown on the calls icon. Users are unable to see the number of missed calls directly from the icon.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Make a call to a user and let it go unanswered
  • Generate one or more missed calls
  • Check the calls icon in the app

Actual Result

  • Missed call count does not appear on the calls icon

Expected Result
Missed call count should be displayed as a badge/popup on the calls icon
