Deleting one blocked user removes two users from block list

Description

When a user deletes a single blocked user from the block list, the app unexpectedly removes two users at the same time instead of just the selected one.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Open the app
  • Go to Blocked Users List
  • Select any one blocked user
  • Tap on Delete

Actual Result

  • Two users are removed from the block list simultaneously

Expected Result
Only the selected blocked user should be removed from the list
